Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order through our website under the “Track Order” section.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services worldwide soon!
Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time, please contact our support team at info@artisticbeauty.in. In case of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the package and product.
- We will initiate a replacement/refund based on the issue.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available for select locations with an additional charge of ₹30. If you refuse a COD order upon delivery, future COD orders may not be allowed.
Changes & Cancellations
