Returns Policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, but only for damaged, missing, or incorrect products. An unboxing video is mandatory. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@artisticbeauty.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order ID, product images, shipping box photos, invoice, and an unboxing video.
  3. Pickup Process: Pickup arranged within 2-4 business days. Refund/replacement after product reaches us in original packaging with seal, labels, and barcodes intact.
  4. Reverse Pickup: Pickup assigned within 24-48 hours, collected within 2-4 working days.
  5. Refund/Replacement: Processed after inspection. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • Free gifts must be returned with the product.
  • Multiple defective items → raise a single return request.
  • Partial returns allowed, but freebies/components must be included.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used, opened, or has a broken seal.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
  • Serial number is tampered with.
  • Return requested after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Free gifts/promotional items are involved.
  • Kits/combos returned partially (must be returned as a whole).
  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged/incorrect).

Terms for Freebies:

  • Free gifts/shade variants subject to availability.
  • Freebies may be substituted based on stock.
  • No refunds/replacements for freebies.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds to original payment source within 7-10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 7-10 business days after bank details are shared.
  • Note: COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Email info@artisticbeauty.in or call +91 92260 34255 (Mon–Fri: 10 AM–6 PM).
  • Cancellations take up to 24 hours to confirm by email.
  • If already shipped → cancellation not possible. You may return after delivery (per return policy).
  • Refunds for canceled orders processed within 24-48 business hours.
  • Kits/sets cannot be returned or replaced individually.
